Champagne with a golden yellow colour and a buttery structure. Strong and creamy with fine freshness and pronounced aromatics of apple pie, leaving a taste of salted caramel on the palate. The vinification style is “blanc de noir” – white wine from black grape varieties. Primary fermentation and vinification in French oak barrels for 7 months, after which it is transferred to a tank for another 3 months before secondary fermentation. Secondary fermentation in the bottle with aging on yeasts for about three years.
